Hey Lisa, I was going to tell you to post your sofrito recipe, but I see you have a link. I needed that. Thanks! Is that how you make yours? Rice is so much better when you use homemade sofrito, instead of the Goya stuff. Which I must confess, I use all the time.
That is how I make it minus the veg. oil. I put in a little olive oil instead and I put in more garlic.
